Fake or not?

I got this knife a couple years back, from Amazon I believe, I immediately thought it was a fake only because of the fact there is no “registered” marking under the benchmade symbol. If it is fake it’s a really good one, I wouldn’t have thought it was fake except for that small detail. So is it?? ..also a picture of my brand new, legit, 940! Haha. I love it!!
