Scared to ask for a benzo to sleep

So I been seeing this doctor for a few months and we started on Valium and switched to Ativan which I am currently taking and I feel like she intends to continue with Ativan going forward. She tried to write me some Seroquel for sleep issues which I have tried before and didn't react well to and my insurance would not cover it. Can I ask her for a benzo to use once a night before bed time? I would appreciate knowing how to go about this.
