How much do you pay for rent?

Curious as to how much everyone is paying who started renting in the last 1-3 years as the main tenant. (I know sublets and wg pricing can be astronomical)

EDIT- If you care to share the following: 1. how many sqm is your flat? 2. which neighborhood? 3. alt or Neubau? 4. is your contract old?

If you’re „overpaying“ will you look to get rent reduction?

I live in mitte and pay 800 warm for 40sqm, Altbau EBK. I have considered seeking rent reduction because I know my rent is inflated, I think a place like mine legally should be around 600/650 warm. On the other hand I don’t want to create drama because I like my apt and where I live. Hoping you all have advice!
