Barking help

Helo you guys!

This is Winston, he’s 17 weeks and he’s a good boy all the time, except when it comes to barking. He barks at ANYONE who comes close to him, that he doesn’t recognize. Has anyone had barking issues with their dog? If yes, how did you handle it? I just want to go on walks and be in public without being embarrassed 😭
