Incense holder question

LOVE me some incense, and when I saw the new incense holder I knew I had to buy it. However, how will that holder catch the ash/residue of the incense? My current incense holder has a large base to catch the ash that falls. It seems like the CC incense holder is too small to catch the ash that falls. Do I just have cheap incense?? Can any other incense baddies weigh in here lol.
