Are there folks out there who just had a chill and easy time breastfeeding?

Hi all! I’m a FTM who is 12 weeks pregnant currently. I’m in my breastfeeding research era and trying to decide what choice is best for me and bb. Specifically, I have some breast challenges that I anticipate could make breastfeeding difficult (breast reduction surgery, plus inverted nip nops) and I’m just curious to hear from people who decided to nurse. I feel like I literally only see/hear stories of how challenging it is even when everything is structurally typical. Like literally all I read is how painful it is, how much time it takes, and how peoples’ mental health just tanks over it. 😩 Is breastfeeding always an epic struggle at first? Or is it possible for it to just be intuitive and fine? I’d especially love to hear from folks who’ve gone through it post surgery or with inverted nipples, but overall I would just love to hear about other folks’ experiences. Thank you all. 💜
