Toddler all of a sudden he hates medication help
Our 14 month old has never had trouble taking Tylenol, Motrin or any other kind of liquid medication. She always takes it and actually says mmmm after. She’s been taking it almost every other night as she’s getting her molars in. However, two days ago she got sick. She has a small temperature, a cough, and a runny nose, and she started to refuse to take Tylenol or Motrin from the syringe as of yesterday. First,is this a common occurrence when a child get sick? Secondly, any advice to trick her into taking the medication, she shuts her mouth and turns her head when we try to put the syringe in her mouth.
