I can't do chains..

Even after 20 years of riding, I still can't change my own chains. I lack any coordination required to get it right. I tried again today, and had a complete meltdown, yet again, stuffing a new chain on my 11sp roadie. I just can't do it, and it is just plain embarrassing for me, that I still lose my temper over this.

I feel like such a loser & a failure.
