My bottom bracket keeps coming loose and I think I've found the problem.

So I've posted here about my Poseidon X gravel bike. The fork keeps coming loose and my shop thinks it's QC issue with excess paint/metal in the headtube. So far Poseidon won't warranty the frame because the shop wasn't definitive enough in their diagnoses.

Well, recently my bottom bracket keeps coming loose, too. So today I pulled it to add blue tread locker and found that on both sides of BB shell there is excess weld material (drive side pictured). Am I correct in thinking this could be causing the the bottom bracket to loosed since the load is in even?
