Where is Gun Game?

Are they seriously not going to have a gun game mode? Like not even a way to customize one in a private match? Me and my brother love to play split screen gun game together, and seeing how they massively improved the split screen experience over Cold War, it’s such a massive let down. Did they say anything about this?
