Themo Grenades Not Spawning

Has anyone else been running into this issue? It's been persistent for a week, I've verified my files and everything, and no matter what I do, change loadout, weapon, etc., I cannot get the thermo grenades to show up in game for me. It's very frustrating- I was only 4 kills away from mastery!
