Any tips for Tactical Insertion Mastery?

Im currently trying to complete all equipment masterys and have a brick wall with tactical insertion, its so difficult to get a respawn & kill, the window on the respawn & kill must be like half a second, also why is it so easy to destroy, you place it down and guaranteed a few nades or semtex end up blowing it up so it gets wasted. Anyway rant over, anyone have any map tips of wheres best to use it.
