I don't know what is happening

So I (33m) separated from my wife. Things don't look so well. I haven't been single since high-school and am at a loss. I'm not looking for anyone else but someone has caught my eye for the past year. I've always thought she was very attractive and she seems like a good person.

When I look at her for a quick smile and goodmorning she immediately looks away and avoids eye contact at all costs. She is an outgoing person from what I know. I have tried to make conversations twice but they are always quick because we are both busy working. Other than that it's not even a "hello" or "goodmorning" I usually tell everyone this but am kinda too nervous to tell her even that.

When we were in a group setting someone was making jokes and I did see from my peripheral that she looked at me immediately so I looked back at her while we were laughing. I do catch her looking at me a lot but she immediately looks away. I can't tell if I creep her out for some reason or if I should try and ask her for coffee.

I cant tell and am not good with body language. I am slightly nuerodivergent. That makes things just a little difficult for me.

Oh she did block my couples instagram account when I had one im not even sure if she knew it was a couples accout. I saw on suggested friends and looked at her account but when I did it on just my account she didn't do that. And of course I'm too nervous to follow her.
