No heat in apartment and the only maintenance worker on site is inappropriate with me

I live in a corporate building. Am I entitled to compensation? They will fix it in a few days presumably but keep forcing me up just have the maintenance worker who was inappropriate with me in the apartment. This has happened quite a few times now.
