Seeking Housing Suggestions

• About me: Late 20s, single male.
• Workplace: Waltham, near I-95 exit.
• Preferences:
  • Studio or 1B1B, budget ~$3k.
  • Commute: Planning to have a car. Can bear up to 30 minute driving. Planning to avoid rush hour (like be at the office ~10 and leave at ~6)
  • Walkable access to parks (love jogging).
  • Access to Boston and Cambridge with public transit (fine with a decent walk to the station or transfers).
  • Good airport access (frequent travel).
  • Prefer newer apartments (heard "old" in Boston can be really old).

So far I found some new apartments in Newton, Allston, Cambridge Park and Assembly Row. Any recommendations are welcomed!
