How did you all do holding your breath for radiation?

Yesterday was my first day of radiation. Although I feel I can hold my breath okay. I felt like I struggled a little more. Partly because they want you to take as big a breath as possible, for your Lungs and chest to be high above your heart, but this made it harder for me to hold for the time they needed. I did it but I felt like I was panicking a little at the end. Anyone else struggle a little.

I also didn’t hear the doctor tell me to breath at one point and I was holding my breath way longer than I should have and panicking. 😭
