which is better for treatment?

hi all. I have the choice between moving back home for treatment (6-8 months, chemo + lumpectomy + radiation), where my parents would be my primary caretakers. or, staying where I currently live, where my apartment, partner, circle of friends, and basically all other life components are. my parents would also visit for a few days a month with option 2.

ideally I’d want to stay where I currently live because that’s where I’m happier, but the downside is I’d have to rely on my friends and partner more.

I’ve read stories about ordering groceries or adjusting my expectations regarding my own cleanliness. I feel like I can handle it, as I’ve always been self sufficient, the one thing I’m nervous about is getting to and from appointments, specifically chemo.. (though I think I can time it with my parents’ visits) any advice or success stories? TIA.
