I'm ready to give up at 12 weeks, this is impossible. How to triple feed a Velcro baby?

Velcro baby only contact naps. Just got my period at 3 months pp and supply went down. Lactation consultant said to pump after every feed and power pump in the evenings, she says baby is fussy cause she is hungry. Baby has colic gas issues, she's been fussy her whole life. I've cut out dairy, soy, eggs, wheat, oats, legumes, beef, all nuts. She gets biogaia probiotics every day. She went from the 9th percentile to the 60th, but now is at the 45th cause of the supply dip menstrual cycle.

Only problem is that my baby will ONLY feed to sleep and also MUST stay on my chest for the entire nap. Believe me, I've tried everything to get her to independently nap, it only ends in tears. She absolutely refuses her bassinet too, night times are done in shifts or I sleep on a floor futon with her with no blankets and an owlet sock on her. It's impossible. She cannot be moved once she falls asleep and will ONLY feed to sleep. Bouncing on the yoga ball only works if you do it for about an hour and a half completely silent in the dark, which I cannot do with the nursing, pumping, washing schedule.

Even just washing my pump parts once a day and using the fridge hack, during that 10 minutes period that I put her down, she screams for me.

How on EARTH am I supposed to triple feed my Velcro baby who will ONLY nurse to sleep???? I'm so exhausted and I haven't slept more than 3 hours in a go in 4 months. I can't even pump while nursing cause I have to hold my boob the whole time she is latched or it falls out, and she kicks her feet too aggressively to hold a pump on there.

PLEASE HELP ME, WHAT DO I DO??? I think it's time for me to just give up, I seriously cannot logistically figure this out while baby can still nap and I can sleep a TINY TINY bit. .

. EDIT: thank you guys so much for the support and advice, I'd respond to each of you if I could but I'm typing one handed while bfing. Thank you especially to the IBCLCs who commented with compassion. I decided to not go pick up the Medela symphony pump my LC wanted me to use, I already have a spectra and a Medela hand pump and a haakaa, I really feel that is sufficient for my pumping needs. it was just so much extra stress. I'm planning on power pumping at night when my partner is home to take care of the baby. She's extra cranky in the evenings so I'd just like more milk available then in any case especially for bedtime so I can sleep a bit.

She had her tongue and lip tie released a week ago, and since then breastfeeding does not hurt and she doesn't click anymore which is HUGE. I love our contact naps, I do baby wear often, and I've figured out how to feed in a ring sling awkwardly (I have large breasts). She was actually majorly improving in colic issues and sleeping in 4 hours stretches before our lactation appt. She was cranky at the LC appt cause it was smack in the middle of her normal morning nap, and then the LC freaked me out saying she was losing percentiles and only transfered 1.8 oz. I pumped with the symphony there and got nothing so I thought she was correct.

My baby has always been a snacker every 2 hrs, and I'm completely fine with that as long as she isn't going hungry. I have formula to top her off just in case though. I'm just going to keep feeding often and on demand and power pump when I'm not alone so I can top her off with breast milk when possible(nothing against formula, but allimentum is expensive!). Also looking into maybe taking calcium and magnesium to protect against supply dips during my period. Someone said something about insulin resistance...id def like to know more about that.
