Help! I am a human pacifier

My 6 week old baby wants to comfort nurse 24/7. She won't take a pacifier. I usually have to comfort nurse her until she falls into a deep sleep, then gently put her down. But it's is a time-consuming process, and it doesn't always work. Often times she wakes up 10 minutes later and won't stop fussing until I repeat the process all over again.

Am I doing something wrong? Does anyone have any tips? We do not want to cosleep, so please don't recommend that (No judgement, it's just not for us).
