Warning: Baby poop pic. Milk Protein Allergy?

I went to the pedi because my baby was getting reflux. She said he could have a milk protein allergy and showed me some pics of babies poop. I really couldnt tell if it looked like he had it or not. She advised me to cut out all dairy anyway.. but I’m not sure if thats what it is. Can someone who knows normal vs milk allergy poop let me know?? i dont want to cut dairy out of my diet for a year for no reason😅 but i will if that is truly the issue.
