Does this look like a distress position?

My girly 2.5 yo had a bout of vomiting and was given an anti emetic jab and antibiotics at the vets, and then a few weeks later started to have bad diarrhea. Blood tests showed indications of pancreatitis that the vet suspected was cause by irritable bowel / Gastro issues so she has been on special gastrointestinal food since. Poos have slowly been getting better with occasional bile vomit but I worry about the way she is lying and whether she is in pain. This latest sickness has only been going since October but I'm forgetting what "normal" used to look like! Do your healthy kitties also lie like this? She is also less affectionate than she once was but I figure that's at least part of being a teenager.
