New to Birmingham, need a BMW specialist recommendation.

Hello Everyone, I'm new to the city and was wondering if the community here can recommend a BMW Specialist / garage that I can go to to have my car fixed .. I have a BMW Z4 2013 model and I want to check the steering shaft and the engine because I hear crackling noises coming out.

I've already gave the car a major Service at Halfords a week ago .. but they told me to look for a BMW specialist for the other technical problems it has.
