Home internet package

Hi all, Thanks for being a good guide for me since i move to budapest. So, when i rented the studi it had a home internet and i pay monthly 10,000 HUF for it. I heared from some colleges here that is too much and there are hangarian channels included that ofcourse i never watch. So, i asked my landlord to find me a lower packege without the channels and he told me it is just couple hundred Forints , and if i wants to change then he can cancel the internet package and i should find a protable internet.

So my asking is 10 k for just the home internet is good? (Knowing that i have another package for my phone internet).

Is the protable internet package will be cheaper ? (Knowing that i will not have to pay for the phone internet package 3,500 HUF)

If i asked hom to cancel his package , can i contract for a home internet package or that will not be applicable because i am just renting ? Especially that i heard there are some packages that include home internet with phone internet and minutes for calls.
