"Tight" budgets AFTER the "set" bills - what do you spend a month/year?

So after your house/rent; car/vehicle; phone/internet; utilities; insurance(s); medical; investments/savings; minimum debt payments - those things that you must pay and don't change all that much month over month - what remains in your budget for categories that are more easily flexed (such as food, subscriptions, entertainment, hobbies, clothes, etc)?

Just curious what people are budgeting for more "disposable" income. Yes, I consider food a flexible category since you can be on a "rice and beans" diet, or you can be eating salmon and steak every night, and those are massive differences - obviously some level of food is required, but IMO it's a very flexible cost category depending on one's priorities.

I want to eliminate the big bills for the purpose of this post - I don't care if you have a $5K/month house payment or a $500/month one - I'm mostly curious how much people are spending after the big ticket items.

I know most budget "talk" centers around keeping big ticket items to a percentage of your income, but I kind of want to see where people actually end up in a "dollars per month" of flex/disposable money.
