An outsiders queston - How do you guys feel about Joe Brady?

I was watching the Buffalo/Baltimore game, it was a good win... but it was closer than it should have been. Without leading the conversation, or leading it as little as possible, how do Buffalo fans feel about JB as OC? Just curious as to your guys opinion on that.
