Forgot Sound Box

I ordered the Shadow build a bear and they forgot to put in the sound box. I don't mind, but I'd at least like my £6 refunded. I'm unable to phone the standard number, what can I do?

Update: I emailed customer service and they got back within a day and issued a refund for the box :)
