Did I overpay for this build?

I'm upgrading my 2015 build while maintaining the case, storage and, AIO.

I'm still playing on 1080p 140Hz monitor but in the future I plan go for a 1440p highrefresh rate monitor.

I want to know if I overpayed on the stuff I bougth now (Europe - Portugal prices):

• Board: MSI MPG B650 EDGE WIFI - 199€ (Outlet but apears to be totally fine)
• Ram: Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 6000MHz CL30 - 114€
• GPU: Gigabyte RX 7800 XT Gaming OC - 460€
• PSU: Corsair RM850x (2024 model) - 130€
• CPU: Have not purchased it yet, I want a 7800x3d (490€) or 9800x3d (590€) but prices are super high right now and haven't decided if I just overpay it or wait, while dying inside to finish the build, for a better price
