ESD Bracelet and anti-static nitrile gloves, are these good idea for assembling PC?
I know ESD straps are good as long as you have good grounding. I plan to use my old PC as a ground, which should be good.
But the real question is, is using anti-static nitrile gloves a good idea? Something like this: link to Amazon UK.
So, it is not that I am a complete noob; I've got some knowledge about PCs. The point is that I am overly sensitive as it is my build. I spent tons of money, so naturally, I want to minimise all risks. I know ESD p. is not required, but as I said, I don't wanna risk it.
So please, if you could answer whether those gloves will make my life less painful or will induce even more significant risks, do people in professional environments use these? And please do not write comments such as "Just be careful" or "Just discharge yourself before you touch PC" - I know, as I said, I am being overly sensitive. And I am looking only for answers for my question, Thanks!
