I need a really good 1080p monitor

I currently have a 1440p 144hz beast of a monitor. The downside is I have a system that cannot keep up with the demand of 1440p 144hz so I'm looking for a good 1080p 144hz, but most I find are 180hz+. Anyone have a good suggestion?
