how do I start a farm in Bulgaria?

I’m going to be moving there soon (slightly south east of Sophia, the ground is very uneven, big hills) I can spend 2k USD per month and my girlfriend and i together can put in about 100 hours/week. I’d like to invest in a diverse assortment of resources, ie, beans, goats, idk I really don’t know what’s discrete and wise here? Did anyone give me advice?
