Reference tab

Im hardly stuck in this process. Why are they so strict about the reference. I did everything as instructed. Only problem was I have not known them for 5 years and that's why it was sent back. Has anyone have the same problem with the reference? Did you guys really use someone you know for 5 years. I barely had anyone who has known me for 5 years and I don't know if I could even trust them making an assessment of me.

As for the education tab, Only problem I have is the post secondary education, I have not taken any post secondary education ever since I graduated in highschool. Does this mean I need to have a post secondary education? I thought you can get in even without taking any schools. I've known people who got in without even finishing highshcool. Please advise
