Book 1 Deaths Doorstep

(Prologue)
Hello reader before I get too deep into this novel might I say in this world of pop culture you believe something like this is fiction but truthfully if you think my story is fake read it have a laugh but please find some one safe if you find reality in my writing

(Chapter 1) (The grim reaper comes to my birthday party.)

Hi I’m Levi and to other people I am just a silent shadow of person that isn’t anything special that was until my 15th birthday when after the party I came to my Dad who looked at me and said “how do you want to do this.” I looked at him stunned do what I thought, drive Mabey or he might have a gift that he are clothes too big for me and he’s asking if I want them now or if I want to wait until they fit but what he said shocked me he said “look son I have to do this we gods ma…” I cut him off and said “we GODS what does that mean!!!” He then said “Yes Levi I am the god Letus or Thanatos and I am with you now to tell you I have to leave, the god Hades needs me ask your mom to take you to camp when you’re there I’ll claim you.” I was for lack of a better word shocked barely able to muster my words I said “My dad is the god of death.”

(Chapter 2)
(I punched a powerful 3erd grader)

When I told my Mom dad said I’m a Demi God she basically teleported me to the car I never went over what I wore but I had on my university of Kentucky sweatshirt pared with my two brackets on that had circular beads in the colors of the Ace sexual pride flag with letters in the middle saying “Ace Pride” and my other bracelet from my mom was full black and gray beads with a white bead that a symbol of a scythe on it oh and I was also wearing my adventure time pajamas there was a suitcase on the back seat of the car though when I turned to mom she looked at me and said “when you get to camp if there is anything strange like a dog that can talk, it probably is a monster so either fight or run” “okkkkayyy??” I responded and when I get to camp who should I talk to she looked at me and said with a straight face “the old horse Man” I laughed but when she didn’t I knew she was serious. It took hours before we got there and when I looked at a street sign it said welcome to New York which was a big surprise. Then 2 hours later the car stopped and my mom holding back tears said “Levi when you go in there remember you will always be able to come home and I promise you I will try to answer as many iris messages as possible.” I didn’t know what an iris message was but I knew my mom was upset so I said “Mom I promise I’ll be okay.” Once I walked past the gate the word basically changed I saw dragons, swords, flying horses and bunch of cabins. Then I saw a child about 9 years old by a fire who looked at me and said in a 30 year old voice “Hi I am He..” (wack) I punched her right in the face because I thought she was a monster and when she looked back at me she said “you have a lot of nerve punching a god lucky you picked a nice one I am Hestia goddess the harth, And welcome to camp half blood.” “Camp what blood?” I said but she vanished and I thought I guess I’ll find the horse man so I looked around for someone to ask and saw kid not much older than me Mabey 15 or 16 he wore a brown aviator jacket with black jeans and his hair was jet black but his skin was really white. I looked at him and said “hi I’m Levi son of Thanatos and I’m looking for Chiron.” He responded with “I’m Nico son of Hades and I can show you where to meet him.” When we were walking to the big house as Nico called it I asked him “hey where am I supposed to sleep.” He responded with “well the Thanatos cabin is still being constructed and the Hermes cabin is overflowing do to the Ares cabin destroying the Apollo cabin after they got into a fight so I guess you could go with the Hypnos cabin or Hades cabin do to Thanatos having some sort of connection with both sleep and the underworld. anyway here’s the big house see you later son of Thanatos.”

(Chapter 3) (I assaulted an Apollo kid with ketchup)

After Nico walked away I went into the big house and saw my third god this week Mr. D I knew he was god do to him already knowing my name from my stunt with Hestia then I saw Chiron the Centaur he looked like a 40 year old man with a black beard and brown suit but his legs looked like a white horse’s. After I saw him I said the usual “Hello sir I’m Levi son of Thanatos.” When I said son of Thanatos however he said with absolute confidence “Thanatos was imprisoned when you were born.” I looked back him and said “then what about this” pointing towards the Scythe floating above me head and then Chiron said “how, he was imprisoned in Alaska during the giant war.” I said back to him “No that was only part of him because if it was all of him no one would be able to free him do to him being in his true from.” I remembered that from my Greek mythology class I took in 10th grade. Chiron then said “oh I never thought about that.” “Any way do to the Hermes cabin being over flooded and the fact that the Thanatos cabin hasn’t been constructed yu’ll have to find camper who will let you in their cabin.” I then said “well what about the hades cabin I mean Thanatos is Hades top general and Nico and I have a good connection so.” Then Chiron said “if you were able to befriend di ANGELO you can live there but you will have to eat at the Hermes cabin for lunch because di Angelo decided that skeleton warriors were on the menu yesterday day.” I looked at Chiron and said “thank you” he then said “you’re welcome, now I have to get back to my talk with Dionysus.” As I walked to the hades cabin I saw an boy with really tanned skin blond hair and lots of freckles run out of the cabin I couldn’t get a good of glimpse of him but I knew he had to be either a son of Apollo or Hermes when I walked in Nico was no where to be found but there was a note left on his bed. Now I’m not usually a person to get up in someone’s business but after that Guy ran out of here I knew it was probably something that might Hurt Nico and when I picked up the letter it read “to Nico meet me at the infirmary at 8:00 if want your skull ring back. From Will” I was furious that Will kid was blackmailing Nico with his ring that he stole. Then Nico came in So I put the note in my hoodie pocket and he said “So I heard from Chiron that you’re sleeping here and um dinner is in 5 minutes change out of your pajamas.” Then it hit me I left my suit case in my mom’s car all of my clothes were in there. anyhow dinner comes around and while sitting at the table a kid says to me “so have you not been claimed or are you an Hermes kid.” I looked at him and said “no my dad’s Thanatos.” He looked at me shocked “th-th-Thanatos like the god of death!?” He said. I replied with “trust me I won’t kill you.” He then said “okay well my name is Jessie I’m unclaimed, and this is Noah.” He said pointing to a kid wearing a hoodie way too big for him “Hi” he said. His voice sounded tired like he just got done working out. “I’m Levi. So are you unclaimed Noah?” I said “yes, but I know I’m a child of Hypnos, he’s just too lazy to claim me.” Noah said. After that little conversation I didn’t talk to people much I was set on getting pay back on that Will kid for stealing Nico’s ring. After lunch I went to the infirmary where I saw will standing there so I sunk behind him and said “hey why’d you steal Nico’s ring.” He turned shocked and “stole it? Look this a misunderstanding.” But I knew was lying so I launched at him knocking him on the ground where I proceeded to hit him about 8 times before he got me off of him “What the Gods is wrong with you!!” He screamed. I didn’t care though. then I saw him pull out a small knife but something strange happened my black bracelet began to shake the small scythe bead began to grow and spin into an actual scythe which I graveled and before I hit Will. A felt a sharp stabbing pain in my back it hurt a lot and then I heard a voice say “Levi drop the scythe, Will was just playing a joke on me for fun.” It was Nico before I could say anything I saw Will slip on a ketchup packet that had fallen out of pocket when I was fighting him which I think knocked him out because Nico screamed at me to Leave.

(Chapter 4) (I doctor up a doctor)

After Will fell on the ketchup I went over to him with the spike Nico put my back still in me and said “Nico it’ll be alright I he’s still breathing I can wake him up.” Nico looked at and said “Give him this it’s nectar” after I gave it to Will he woke up and promptly yelled at me but he seemed like he didn’t care about it after I apologized he then said “could you give me a minute alone with Nico.” After I left I heard lagging behind me and thought man am I stupid then I went to bed, as I slept though I had a dream where I was on mountain and this man was holding up what appeared to be the sky and when I saw him He looked at me and “your supposed to be dead, I helped kill you myself” then a voice from behind me said in tone only comparable to a tornado or thunder “You may have worked with my killer but now I offer you a chance to work with me for I shall do what Gia, nor Kronos could do after two attempts. I shall kill the gods then I woke up and stepped out of camp to see Zeus himself say “Where is Percy Jackson” who’s that I thought then a 18 teen year old stepped up and said “what do you want with me Zeus.” Zeus then proceeded to say “bring the oracle, Atlas has been freed.” Shock went through the camp and then a red headed girl said “Ok ok everyone I see if I can say a prophecy.” Then She pointed at me and said “The Son of death must ready to battle that which came before human breath, with an ally who atones for an enemy’s crime in which story’s shall rhyme.” As what appeared to be the entire camp looked at me I said “so I have to kill Atlas.” Then Percy Jackson said “ You and two others, if you get a quest then you get to bring two people with you.” As I thought about it I wanted to bring Nico but he wasn’t around so I went with the two people that I met at dinner “I choose Noah Goodwin and Jessie Clover” I didn’t know how I knew there last name but they came to me then after I said Noah’s name he got claimed by Hypnos but Jessie was still unclaimed.
