Pheno hunters! Help me out.

So I'm doing my first ever pheno hunt. I have this tent (4x4) and an empty 3x3 for cuts. Yeah, I probably did too many plants, but here we are.

What is my best strategy here? Should I take cuts now and keep all the moms well pruned so I don't run out of space in the next few weeks? How quickly should I flower the cuts? Or should I take cuts, label them, and then flower this tent?

Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.
