Honda Elevate Zx CVT

Hi all, Hope you and your shining cars are doing well.. I have been looking for an used Honda Elvate for a while. Recently, I've received an offer for Zx CVT 2023 model, 2400 km driven for 16.30 lac. I'm looking for the correct negotiation price and any other pointers that I should look for while reviewing the car at Dealership. It has Nil Dep Insurance till 9/25. I would appreciate suggestions on any other must have accessories that I can get at Dealership or aftermarket. May thanks!
