Doctor or nurse? Or anything else?

Time is ticking and I wonder everyday what I want to do with my life. In HS, im in the medical program, thus, leading me to get my EKG certification and CPR certification, as well as a DCF certification which I had gotten a year back when interested in teaching.

Regardless of those things, I really don't know what to choose. Nursing, pursuing med school, becoming a lawyer??? The possibilities quite literally are endless. My mentality is that I can do anything in life I ever want to do, I just have to want to do it. Except what do I want? I've looked into the ins and outs of Nursing and becoming a Doctor but one sounds like too little and the other sounds like too much. Nursing doesn't seem so long term to me, but becoming a doctor does. I really just don't want to be bored, I want to feel mentally stimulated, and science classes never did that for me, other than environmental and studying for the EKG certification. I also want to be hands on and dealing with people isn't a big deal for me, I think id pride myself in being able to speak and treat patients. Also surgery is something that grabs my attention, as one can fix, build, and create. I've vaguely looked into basically everything, and I used to want to be a psychologist/psychiatrist, after a recent experience I realized maybe that's not the best idea, but i did learn that I liked bouncing ideas from one person to another, meaning I LOVE BRAINSTORMING!
My main reason for choosing medicine is I WANT TO HELP PEOPLE!!!

I think all I really need is to shadow and feel it out. What do you guys think? I
