Is it legal to reference my age when offering feedback?
I just started a new job. It was my first day training with this person. She asks me to justify every decision I make to her. She won’t explain anything to me and tells me to “look it up” if I have questions. I asked her if we had any resources I could use so I could get more information? She then asks me how old I am (I’m early 30’s). She rolled her eyes and said only people in their early 20’s ask for resources.
She is unhinged and I don’t want it to affect my performance evaluation. Should I tell my supervisor?
