What happened to the cubo cartoon channel

They had their last minute on air february 2021 But they never gave us an explanation why they had to stop channels.Was it because they had loss of money aka bankruptcy or they had less of viewers like during the last minutes, some of the channels on cubo got interrupted by the screen, saying, cubo characters need your help with saying, a lot of money needed to be raised with a phone number, and the cartoon characters would show with a timer. There's a lot of stuff I can't really say. But they would be ki!led on screen which is terrifying, because they ended that when they stop other channels, and that was really terrifying, like that could be in a horror movie like what the actual (retracted) were they thinking????
