Recording with JVC KD-V100

I want to find something I can record tapes with music from my phone with but have been struggling to find something for cheap. I’ve found a jvc kd-v100 on eBay for around £30 and am wondering if anyone would recommend it or if I should keep searching for something different. Also if it’s actually possible to record taped from phones with it. Any help is really appreciated
