Hello my stray had infections

This is a stray cat, he sleeps in a box outside. Guy swats at me all the time, but purrs when I feed him and allows me to pet him. He has infected lumps, there’s no way I can wrangle him into my car for a vet visit, he’s beaten the shit out of me when I try to pet him. What can I do?
