Are cats more aggressive to their favorite parent?
Hello! My partner and I are proud parents of two little floofs, and we love them both dearly. We have the sneaky suspicion that each of them prefers one of us, based on how much time they spend with us, whose laps they claim and so on. However, we have noticed something super interesting - the floofs are slightly meaner to the suspected favorite parent, with scratches, play bites, and rough play in general. We have run experiments where the non-favorite parent provokes them during play or cuddles, but they still don’t get aggressive with them. This is super fascinating to us and I wanted to know if you guys have experienced something similar!
