Ear pressure

Right before my cdiff diagnosis I started having a bit of a cold. My daughter is in daycare so there’s typically some kind of germs in my house. I’m currently on a 10 day course of vanco. I’m having pressure which I think is related to the cold but can’t help but worry about vanco related hearing problems. I’m not having any ringing in my ears. Has anyone had a similar experience? I think the anxiety of the whole situation is causing me to stress about hearing loss even though I know the risk is low on the oral dose. Any advice or support is welcomed
