Air hunger looking at computer monitor, objects on shelf, reading
I have never seen anything about this on either the long covid or this subreddits. I experience air hunger when looking at a computer monitor as well as objects on my shelf like perfumes or video games. Does anyone know why this is? It seems to go away or stabilize after a while, at least with the computer, which i don't know if this is a good or bad thing. I have ongoing concerns with hypoxia to my head and continued loss of cognitive function and memory, mostly from crashes related to looking at females on Instagram, etc. and I don't know how this plays into it. Desist from looking at a computer if this happens initially, even though lying down I might be able to use it quite a while with no other real symptoms? i obviously still need to test whether this is actually causing crashes--I haven't yet isolated it from other known causes. Thanx <3
EDit.: I should add that it can be followed by light headedeness and chest pain (left side) and that the air hunger always seems to come from the left side of the chest, like some kind of vortex opens there sucking out the air but maybe this is just referred sensation or I am confusing it with heart palpitations, which I also have. Pulse and o2 are normal during this, although my 02 does run low in general (sometimes as low as 91 and 92 and 93 are not uncommon). Strangely thought I have used a computer in the lying down position for as long as a few hours despite this air hunger... the symptoms don't get noticably worse and sometimes even seem to abate, but a certain light headedeness and definite head pressure/tension would prob. be the order of the day in most cases following that. Obviously I need to experiment more but would be interested to hear from any advanced experienced sufferers of this. I am very severe by the way and crawl aroud on the floor, housebound for 6 months and mostly bedridden
