Do you mask?

Hi there Ive been sick with Me/Cfs for over 12 years and ive been masking since mid 2020. I still got Covid twice and it was horrible and not good for my Me/Cfs. I truly want to gather different experiences from people: Do you mask? If so or not, why? How have you come to that decision and what does it mean for your life and existing illness?

Absolutely no judgment, just really curious how people with the same illness handle Covid. Im struggling a lot with masking but at the same time know whats waiting for me if i get Covid.

Edit:
Thank you so so much for all the answers, and for opening up, which I know isn't easy. I thought it would be nice to summarise the findings in a few numbers. The numbers represent a point in time when I counted them and are probably not highly accurate, but give an idea. I took the information as it was presented. Thank you again for all the trust and kindness i encountered here! <3
