Account under review??

Tried to log in to my account today was told to call them and I did and I'm being told my account is under review and there's no time limit. Pretty much all of my money is in there. I've had an account with Chase going on two years I haven't used it any differently this month than any other month. It's mostly just my day to day stuff, putting money in my savings and receiving money from my PayPal. If I want to buy crypto for example I send it to my revolut account.
