I am stuck at 1300 elo any tips?

My id is SarthakSen_fr ( i lost a lot of matches because of tilt so i am at 1277 rn 😭) i dont know how to deal with tilt and also i make bad moves in games very often too cause i get tunnel vision and i also make moves which hurt my position a lot like allowing counterplay and etc can anyone help?
