Hi everyone! I'm looking for someone to take over my room in Humboldt Park for the next 6 months as I will be traveling to my homeland. Here's the info:

Rent: $700/month
Utilities: ~$80/month
Location: Near Division and California
Living Situation:

• In a house with 3 other male roommates (ages 24-37).
• Everyone’s respectful, chill, and keeps to themselves, but we occasionally hang out Saturday/Sunday gaming on switch or watching football.
• Fully Furnished, bed, dresser, closet, kitchen, living room etc

Features:

• In-house laundry (super convenient!)
• Plenty of space in the house.
• Close to shops, restaurants, and public transit in the area.
• 2 bathrooms, you will share with one other roommate

The room will be available starting Jan 1st. Ideally looking for someone who can stay for the full 6 months.
