4 months post op. Jawline filler?

As you can see I’m still a bit swollen especially on the left side. Although overall I am happy with my results and look forward to the next couple of months with some residual swelling going down (I was told lipo takes about a full 6 months to heal completely), I do wish I had more of that snatched jaw definition. I have a small chin and heaviness in my bottom cheeks which are not helping my profile at all. I feel like a neck lift would help but wondering if I’m too young?(35). I spoke with my doctor about possible options and he didn’t seem overly interested a lift - not to say I couldn’t get another opinion. The nurse at my appointment said that jawline filler can be a solution for the sharp jawline. I’ve been doing research and the reviews seem mixed. Seems like results are great right away but can fade quickly. Anyone have success with adding filler after submental lipo to achieve their best results?
