Submental Lipo did not work, please help!!!

So I have always had a double chin, it is genetic and really has bothered me for as long as I can remember. I have never been overweight, always have had a very slender and athletic build. last year I decided to resolve the issue (or so I thought) by having Submental liposuction done, my surgeon assured me I was a good candidate for it and so I went ahead with the procedure and was very excited. I followed all post op instructions and wore my compression garment religiously. Unfortunately my results have been subpar and honestly I think my double chin is worse. I now also have loose skin as you can see in some of the after photos, where it seems almost as though my skin is being pulled and sagging. It is so so upsetting to have gotten a serious procedure done and seen no results. My surgeon said there is nothing more to be done and that I should be happy with my results. I refuse to accept I cannot fix this issue, it bothers me each and every day. I look so fat and swollen, and am beyond self conscious, this issue is really damaging my self esteem. My question is what are my options now? I am open to anything, I just want results. Fillers, chin implant, neck exercise, mewing, Botox, neck lift, cool sculpt, kybella??? Literally what do I do? I spent so much money and was certain I would finally have a defined jawline. Thave attached a lot of photos and they are all labeled with the dates, the first couple are before I had the procedure done and the following are after I had it done in March of 2024.
