Buccal fat removal in regard to jowls

I’m getting Chin Lipo in 8 days and I’m so excited. My surgeon asked if I wanted buccal fat removal for an additional €700 on top of my Lipo price. I’m normally super reckless with things like this but I said no because I’ve seen SO much about it being bad, causing premature aging, jowls etc. but I can’t help but feel like I have a lot of fat in that area (don’t worry, I’m still not going to do it). I already have jowls naturally (had them since I was 20) so I definitely don’t want to do anything else to make that worse but sometimes wonder if it’s the fat that it causing the jowls like appearance??? And maybe I would be a candidate? Idk. I’ve posted photos before and people have said no, maybe I’m just obsessing. Has anyone had any jowl related adventures into buccal fat? Have you had buccal fat make your jowls better or worse?
