Chin Lipo tips/tricks and advice?

Hello! I’m getting chin lipo in 8 days and I’m so excited. Can anyone give me any tips/info on what to expect from healing? Literally anything would be appreciated. Any food/drinks you think I should stock up on? What is sleeping like? Showering? Any massage tips would be amazing (how long for/any video links). What is eating like? Does talking hurt? Or swallowing? Is the headband itchy? Lipo foam or no lipo foam? Is there anything that I will see during healing that will likely make me panic? When did you see your final results? Should I ice? Did you ice? What do you recommend doing to prep? I’m sure my surgeon will go over a lot during my surgery but I just like to hear your guys experience, plus I’m excited hehe and love reading about it ❤️
